Take in a deep breath, let it out, let it out, close your eyes and relax like last session.
Once again – push down down with your hands, pressing… Good, stop pressing, release and relax 1, 2, 3. Send that feeling of relaxation through your entire body, 1, 2, 3. And, now I lift your hand and drop it. Sleep, and go much deeper.
Now I’m gently rocking your head… Relax your neck, face, jaw, relax and now send that feeling of relaxation all the way down to your feet, 1, 2, 3.
Now just like last time, repeat the words “deeper relaxed” out loud and fade them away, forget about them, as I say “relaxing more and more, fading away to nothing, nothing, nothing”.
(Client says “deeper relaxed” and you say “relaxing more and more, fading away to nothing, nothing, nothing.” until they have faded away.)
Good and now I count from 1 down to 5 relax all the way down to the level of relaxation you reached in our last session or deeper.
One, relaxing much further mentally and physically.
Two, relaxing as if the lights were out and you were asleep at night..
Three, relaxing more and more relaxed and awake, focused on my voice.
Four, relaxing more and more, as if all you care about now is the sound of my voice and how much deeper you can go.
Five, relaxed all the way down to the level of relaxation you reached in our last session or deeper.
